This CD-ROM contains publications and products from CDC's Division
of Tuberculosis Elimination (DTBE). Materials on the CD-ROM are
in the public domain and may be reproduced without permission. Adaptations
and revisions may be made to materials; however, the CDC name and
logo must be removed if changes are made.
Within major sections of the CD-ROM, there are navigation aids
located at the top of the content area of each page (see highlighted
area in screenshot below). These link to the recent pages you have
viewed within the section. This not only shows you where you are
currently located in the CD-ROM, but also allows you return to recently
viewed pages without using your browser’s Back button.
